Project Goals

Standardization and harmonization of processes, master data as well as roles and responsibilities
Creation of a template based on the company’s processes
Introduction of a solution based on SAP Best Practice, SAP Industry Solution Mill and industry solution of partners
Implementation of a solution that matches with Rondo’s tenets as well as local and international regulations
Installation of a solution based on a Business Process Master List (BPML)
Introduction of the solution within time, budget and requirements for quality
Replacement of existing ERP systems and subsystems

Decision to Install SAP Solution

Harmonization and standardization can be achieved by implementing a solid ERP solution. Due to the variety of processes in use, the coverage by SAP was best. This is topped by industry solution MILL as well as industry expertise and coverage delivered by Aicomp and its product VCPowerPack IS Packaging.
