Versino and AICOMP Cloud are strengthening their strategic partnership to advance the joint expansion of business areas in their services portfolio pertaining to SAP Business One and SAP Business ByDesign. The managing directors of Versino and AICOMP Cloud approved the cooperation on November 19, 2020. The partnership is supported by SAP, with the primary goal of achieving a profound and closer relationship with SMEs.
With the takeover of 30% of the business shares in AICOMP Cloud GmbH, we are establishing firm cooperation in the area of SAP Business ByDesign. We have thus been able to expand our solution portfolio of cloud solutions significantly. We see this as an important investment in the future for addressing the challenges of the digital transformation of our customers.
In addition to mutual know-how transfer and team building, the bundling of sales and marketing activities is planned.
Through this collaboration with Versino AG, we see an ideal opportunity to get closer to our customers and to reach new customer segments, both regionally and internationally – as well as regarding improved services and stronger support from our experienced senior consultants and developers.
Customers can expect new technical developments
As part of this strategic collaboration, new developments relating to the cloud portfolio will be implemented. To do this, both partners are combining their customer-specific development skills with the integration teams’ expertise to connect various third-party solutions to an SAP system.
This close cooperation between Versino AG and AICOMP Cloud GmbH has formed a new, large SAP Gold Partner, offering customers SAP cloud solutions from a single source and continuously developing them further.
