Would you like to gain practical experience in marketing and HR alongside your studies and actively contribute to exciting projects? Then you’re in the right place! We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) with a focus on Marketing & Recruiting to support our team on-site in Sonnenbühl and occasionally visit our office in Berlin.

Your To Dos

  • Support operational activities in HR and marketing topics (e.g., events, employee matters, employer branding)
  • Creation and maintenance of marketing materials and support with marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media and HR content production, especially LinkedIn, including employee-related content, campaigns, and publications
  • Handling, organizing, and maintaining email communication
  • Creation, publication, and maintenance of job postings
  • Active support in the recruiting process, including applicant management
  • Assist with personnel development topics
  • Participation in HR projects and internal initiatives
  • Support in expanding and developing the feedback culture
  • Close collaboration with HR and marketing teams
  •  

Your Skills

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field

  • Interest in HR, recruiting, and marketing topics

  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style

  • Strong communication skills and team spirit

  • Confident in MS Office; initial experience in marketing or HR is an advantage

  • You are interested in software and IT topics and are willing to familiarize yourself with our target markets (packaging industry & discrete manufacturing).

  • Very good German and good English skills
