Your To Dos

  • Active management and oversight of project tasks, including project leadership and support for tenders and new client projects
  • Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Execution of projects following the SAP Activate methodology
  • Regular reporting to overall project management and department leadership
  • Close collaboration with clients and stakeholders for requirements definition and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process optimization including creation of process descriptions and project documentation
  • Quality assurance, monitoring of project success, and active risk and escalation management
  • Participation in building and further developing a Project Management Centre of Excellence

Your Skills

  • Several years of professional experience (2–5 years or >5 years) in project management, ideally in the SAP environment
  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Jira as well as solid project management competencies
  • Strong management and organizational skills as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Basic knowledge of SAP modules an advantage
  • Stress resistance, excellent communication skills, and strong social competence
  • Excellent time management, reliability, and a structured, precise working style
  • Experience leading diverse teams (internal, client, third-party vendors)
  • Fluent German and English for an internationally focused work environment
  • Openness to business travel
